Tinamba Hotel
The Tinamba Hotel was first Established In 1874, over many years there have been many changes, The Schoenmaeker family purchased the business from Eric & Carol Whelan in 1987 and added the large function room and renovated the bistro. Tinamba Hotel stayed in the family until 2009 when Brad Neilson & Damien Gannon purchased it. Brad & Damien both were born and raised in Gippsland. Brad born in Traralgon and Damien in Tinamba. They owned Neilsons Restaurant in Traralgon, which they sold early in 2008. After a short stint in St Kilda, they returned to Tinamba, taking over Tinamba Hotel in May 2009 and immediately closed it for renovations. After 3 months of hard work, the Hotel re-opened on August 22, 2009.
